Home Addition · Rally Drive · Charlotte, NC
A garage conversion by Aspire Building Company, turning part of the garage into living space.
The Rally Drive Mudroom
Part of the garage was sitting there with little purpose, while the rest of the home was missing a proper place to land at the door. The goal was a space that could handle everyday comings and goings and keep the household organized.
We converted a portion of the garage into living square footage and built it out as a mudroom, with pantry cabinets for storage and a checkered tile floor that adds character.
Here is how it came together.

The Solution
A portion of the garage was converted into living space and finished as a mudroom, with pantry cabinets for storage and a checkered tile floor that is both durable and distinctive.
